Video of shadow flicker from the Beaver Ridge Wind project in Freedom, Maine. How is it possible that local governments allow such adverse impacts on their communities? Could it be that they don’t have adequate ordinances and rely on the DEP to protect them? Could it be that wind developers are not truthful about the problems that these monstrous machines create?
